Drop-in mindfulness sessions

As people come towards the end of the 8-week course, they often ask, ‘what next?’ Many people find the group environment is very supportive to making an ongoing commitment to mindfulness practice.

 

These monthly sessions offer a space to meet regularly and practice together after the group finishes. Graduates from other courses are also very welcome. 

 
Who

These drop-in sessions are suitable for anyone who has completed an 8-week mindfulness course (with Jim Clark, or another teacher).

What

These sessions are an opportunity to practice with others in a group, to share your experience and ask any questions about your practice - both formal and applied in your daily life.

Each session will include a guided mindfulness meditation by Jim Clark and an opportunity for some reflection and Q&A. There are often talks on themes relating to meditation and psychological models for understanding the mind.

The Upper Norwood Library, 39-41 Westow Hill, Crystal Palace, London, SE19 1TJ. 

Nearest stations are Gipsy Hill and Crystal Palace (aprx 10 + 12 minutes walk respectively), and plenty of buses serve Crystal Palace from surrounding areas

When

Sessions take place once a month on Sunday afternoons from 3:30pm to 5pm.

How much

There is a suggested donation of £10 to help cover cost of room hire.
