Free online mindfulness sessions during the coronavirus pandemic

 

Two sessions every day on Zoom

9 days of mindfulness

From Monday 22nd June until the end of the month there will be two drop-ins per day.

The sessions will be 30 minutes in length. Some will be guided and some will have longer periods of silence. There will be three sessions with time for discussion - see the schedule below. 
 
This is a drop-in format, so you can come to sessions on the days that work for you. You could also use the time to make a commitment to a regular practice for the whole 9 days by doing one or two practices every day.  
 

Daily meditation practice schedule
 
Every day from Monday 22nd to Tuesday 31st June (UK times):

  • Session 1 – 7:30-8:00am

  • Session 2 – 6:00-6:30pm

 

Times for discussion 
 

The following sessions will allow 20 minutes for discussion:

  • Wednesday 24th 6:00pm

  • Saturday 27th 7:30am

  • Tuesday 30th 6:00pm
